The Epa was creating in December 2 1970 by president Richard Nixon in a way to in force the laws that are passed and to keep those effected accountable for there actions. This mainly effects hvac company, factories, and car companies. With the enforcement of the laws we have seen many innovations like high efficient hvac equipment, electric cars and the us of boilers in factories.
